Many Americans are currently very frustrated with life in America.
Michael and I can relate. We decided to leave America in 2016, the night that Donald Trump was elected president. We’ve spent the last seven years as nomads, living in Europe about half that time.
(Important caveats: just because we left America doesn’t mean we’ve given up “the fight.” And, yes, leaving America requires some degree of privilege.)
